| Managing Successful Projects is a two-day, highly participative course for managers, teams, work groups, and project leaders. It features a four-phase process that provides a step-by-step framework for project success.
Participants work in teams to build timelines and project plans, but also focus on human dynamics, such as communication, gaining consensus, problem solving, meeting and coordinating, and dealing with change. |
Planning Successful Projects is a one-day course that provides a practical, multi-level project planning framework and methodology as well as project planning skills training.
The skills training includes both the planning skills (i.e., identifying project activities/tasks/sub-tasks, budgeting resources, tracking/monitoring progress) as well as key human dynamics such as communicating, dealing with change, and project team-building. |
